Our Plush Dolls are shipped from our warehouses located in the US, Europe, and Asia, depending on the stock and availability. If shipping to the US from our warehouses in Europe or Asia, we utilize international express companies for shipping and offer two different shipping options:
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 6-10 working days (Standard Shipping).
Others: 7-12 working days. These are estimates and often arrive quicker.
Standard Shipping: Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is placed. Normally, after 24 hours, we will not accept the return of custom products unless they are damaged upon arrival. In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at support@uniplushdoll.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase.
